The British Heart Foundation advert, called “something to think about”, launched in March 2014.
It shows real families becoming emotional as they look at photographs of loved-ones who died of heart disease.
The emotion of the families who lost loved ones, was captured by showing them films of the deceased. Their reactions were filmed through one-way glass.
The work was created by Lyndsay McMorrow and Andy Kelleher at Arthur London, and directed by Dean Rogers through Royle Productions.
Music was composed and produced by Wayne Roberts and Freddy de Lord for Blip Audio.
